Hofung Frozen Food, a company founded in Shanghai in 1998 by the Dutch holding company Fishcon, brings together some of the best producers in China of Alaskan Cod, Wild Salmon, and other species typically processed in China. It supplies, via container shipments, the major importers in Europe and Italy, which direct the product to the food service, industrial and retail markets.
